This is a formal announcement by Pagan Awareness Network Inc that
the Magick Happens event that was scheduled to be run on the 3rd of November of
2007 has been postponed.
A new date will be set shortly and all the required information
will be made available well in advance. We will be addressing the issues that
arose with the channels of communication and will have a dedicated phone number
made available for all merchants to contact with questions and to get paperwork
with a guarantee of a response in 48 hours

What is Magick Happens? In the
words of the event's founder "One of the major focus's of the event is for it to
be a place where people can go on a personal journey of discovery. Whether a
person's interest lies in aura's, tarot, past lives, runes, astrology,
numerology, palmistry or spirit guides they will be able to find what they are
looking for at Magick Happens. Magick Happens will be THE event for anyone who
is interested in or would like to learn about all things magickal, attend
workshops and lectures and visit a reader or two to learn more about themselves
and their future. It will be the place for people to come to meet other people
with similar magickal interests and learn about local organisations and groups
where they can further their learning or pagan social life." R.
What has happened since the change of ownership
There was a few major changes to highlight the fact that the event had
changed owners and would be running differently than it did in the past. The
first of these was to redesign the logos and create a new image so that people
were aware that the event had been transformed as it changed hands. The second
was to make it a one day event while retaining the structure of a market with
workshops and entertainment. This also gave rise to the Witches Ball, now a
follow on from the main event of Magick Happens and hopefully will be come a
permanent addition.

Magick Happens has been proudly supported since its inception by Rowan by the Pagan Awareness Network Inc. Now, PAN Inc. is proud to announce that it will be running Magick Happens in Sydney, as a community event.
What changes will be made?
Magick Happens will now be run by a sub-committee of the Pagan Awareness Network
Inc as a not for profit event. All proceeds will go towards the association and
running future Magick Happens Events. We hope to see it return to Melbourne in
2005 and Brisbane in 2006
